A set that carries a whole campaign.
Architectural visualization for property developments — pre-sales, investors, approvals and campaign assets, in one visual language across the set.
Overview
A developer does not need a render — they need a set that will carry a brochure, a website, signage, an investor deck and a digital campaign without looking like it came from three different sources. We plan the set up front: which viewpoints each use requires, what repeats across deliverables, and what is produced once and re-cut for every format.
What it solves
Reach launch with one coherent set, instead of renders collected along the way.
Who it's for
Developers · development companies · marketing managers · sales teams
Typical starting files
Drawings, a 3D model, a unit schedule or an existing brochure
Deliverables
- —Set planned around its uses — sales, investors, approvals, print
- —Exterior and interior renders in one visual language
- —Crops for every format: brochure, signage, web, deck, social
- —Consistent materials, light and atmosphere across the set
- —Files prepared for print and for campaign deadlines
- —Later additions produced from the same scene
Common questions
How many renders does a residential project need?
A boutique project works with six to ten. A large development with several unit types and full sales material usually runs between fifteen and thirty. Scope follows the uses, not the number of apartments.
Can we add renders later in the campaign?
Yes — it is one of the reasons to plan a set rather than order single images. The scene is kept, so a later addition comes out of it with the same materials and the same light.
What should be ready before we start?
Current drawings, a decision on facade materials, and a list of the intended uses. If the facade is not settled, a short visual exploration before production is usually the cheaper order of work.
Do you work with the project's architect?
Usually, yes. Coordinating with the architect shortens revisions and prevents gaps between the render and the drawings that were submitted.
