The facade, as it will actually be built.
Photoreal exterior visualization for residential, commercial and urban-renewal projects — facade, context and light, true to the drawings.
Overview
An exterior render is the first thing a buyer, an investor or a planning committee sees of a project. We build it from your model or drawings: facade materials, opening proportions, height against the neighbouring buildings, landscape and street. The architectural reading happens before a camera is placed, so what is shown is what will actually be built.
What it solves
Present a building that does not exist yet, without promising something the project cannot deliver.

Common questions
What files can you start from?
A 3D model — RVT, SKP, Rhino or 3DS — is the fastest starting point. We can also start from DWG or PDF drawings; building or completing a model is quoted separately.
How many viewpoints does a project need?
A typical residential project uses a street view, an entrance view and one or two context views. Committee submissions and site signage sometimes need a dedicated angle of their own.
Daylight or dusk?
Daylight reads correctly for planning committees and against drawings. Dusk sells better in marketing, because interior lighting shows an inhabited building. Many projects produce both from the same viewpoint.
Are landscape and surroundings included?
Yes — planting, street, pavements and neighbouring buildings are part of the render. Unusually complex context, such as a coastline, a park or a historic fabric, affects the scope.
Have a project in mind?
Send your files or a short brief — you'll receive a clear recommended scope and quote.
